We wanted to give ourselves a treat and chose to go to Mimosa for our Christmas dinner. We don’t normally have Christmas away from home but we are glad we did. Thanks to Anna for making us feel so welcome.

Simply the best Christmas party venue. We had 80 people and it was proving impossible to find a venue then we found Mimosa. They couldn’t do enough for us. Needless to say that our party was fantastic and we will be coming back!

The time of your booking is the time at which you are required to be seated at your table. If you wish to have pre-drinks please kindly make arrangements to arrive early and allow sufficient time to be seated on time. The restaurant is unable to push back your time of sitting for any late arrivals in consideration for other diners. In the event that your booking time is lapsed the management will aim to re-sit you at a time that it is capable of delivery once all other diners have been seated. If the manager is unable to do so then they will offer an alternative date without prejudice to any liability or other terms and condition. We also reserve the right to cancel your reservation without receiving a refund. 

2. All Christmas enquiries and bookings are taken Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm. For enquiries please email christmas@mimosa-colchester.co.uk. 

3. Bookings will only be confirmed once a £15 deposit payment per person has been received. Please note that we are only able to hold your booking for the number of people that a deposit payment has been made for. If you wish to increase your booking size then we are happy to do so, subject to availability. However the extra deposit payment will be required before we can change your party size. Provisional bookings can be held for 7 days without the deposit payment .

The remaining balance is then due no later than Thursday 1st December to secure your reservation.

If a reservation is made after Thursday 1st December then we ask that full payment is received within 48 hours of making a provisional booking to secure this reservation.

If the remaining balance is not received by Thursday 1st December, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a deposit refund.

4. All payments are non-refundable, should your party size decrease in numbers, payment received cannot be offset against your final bill.

5. All completed pre-orders must be received 14 days prior to your reservation date. Strictly no amendments can be made after this date.

All pre-orders must be received no later than 11th December 2016.

6. We reserve the right to cancel your booking without prejudice to any other clause in this agreement in case of late receipt of your pre-order.
